By downloading, installing, or using Time Bunny ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Time Bunny is an educational application designed to help children learn to tell time through interactive exercises. The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Children's Use

Time Bunny is designed for use by children under parental supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
